Swedish meatball sauce

Swirl out the pan with boiling beef stock.

Add the cream.

Add the flour mixed with approx 2 tablepoons of the stock.

Add salt, pepper and lingonberry.

Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Serve with Swedish meatballs.

 

1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef stock
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 tbs of lingonberry or cranberry relish
4 tablespoons white flour
salt
white pepper
black pepper
